I hope I’m done moving right now, but I might not be. Anyway, here’s another cookie recipe that I typed up on Friday.

Like I said yesterday, the ex-coworkers are too nice to me and I baked two kinds of cookies. I wanted to bake one kind that I knew would be good, but that I hadn’t made in awhile. Just wanted to refresh my memory.

I’ve shared this recipe before, but it was kind of an afterthought to my post about the New York Times Cookie. I tried the Epicurious recipe again and made the cookies smaller. They were much flatter this time. I’m not sure if it’s because I made them smaller or because I accidentally added a little too much granulated sugar. Maybe my baking soda is bad?

It didn’t seem to matter. The cookies were still good, consumed with relish by the coworkers, and my boss asked for the recipe.

Would have scored major brownie cookie points if I wasn’t leaving.
