Yesterday was another busy day at the gym and meals consisted of frozen pizza and a pb&j.  I have time to cook today, but I’m feeling lazy and tired and might just eat peanut butter again.  One of those days, you know?  I think they’re called “Friday”…

Speaking of peanut butter, my brother’s birthday is tomorrow and he will be digging into a box of these Peanut Butter Cookies, if he hasn’t already.  Yes, I’m risking spoiling the surprise, but I don’t think he reads the blog.  He’s too busy getting ridiculously old on me. 

I can’t figure out why my cookies don’t look like Smitten Kitchen’s, or why they crumbled so much, but they were super delicious anyway.  Unfortunately, I don’t think they’ll hold up very well in the mail, but I’m relatively sure that won’t stop my brother from eating them.
