Food for Fun: Chewy Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies
Here’s another of the three cookie recipes I made last week. I have to string them out, you know.
Anyway, these got rave reviews from my family. They are gingerbread and chocolate chip cookies in one. Amazing and everything I would expect from Martha Stewart.
I followed the original recipe here. These are good cookies to make small because they keep their chewy consistency even when tiny and they have lots of flavor.
