Food for Fun: Orange Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

I’m a big fan of the Terry’s Chocolate Orange and so is my entire family.  It’s a British treat that we always have at my grandparents’ house.  So, I learned about the magical combination of chocolate and orange from a young age.  That’s what drew me to this recipe and it turned out exactly how I wanted–just like a Terry’s.

They aren’t the prettiest chocolate chip cookies, but their flavor is outstanding.  I used the original recipe here, except I used Ghirardelli chocolate because my store didn’t have the Hershey’s Dark.
